All Packages include drone photos

• Basic $600
  Up to 20 photos, interior and exterior of units and common areas/amenities

• Basic Plus $700
  Up to 30 Photos, interior and exterior of units and common areas/amenities

• Premium $950
  Up to 40 photos and 1.5 - 2.5 minute custom promotional video with music and titles

• Refresh $300
  Up to 15 interior photos of updated or renovated units or common areas/amenities

• Video Only $400

  1.5 - 2.5 minute property video with music and titles

Seasonal Weather Options

I can split the interior and exterior portions of the shoot during bad weather months. Interiors can be done at any time then then do exteriors when the weather and landscaping are in good shape. 

• Basic Packages: $525/$625 for interiors, $75 when exteriors are complete (invoiced separately)

• Premium Package: $750 for interiors, $150 when exteriors are complete (invoiced separately). Video will be complete following the exterior portion of the shoot.
